Kent Hansen graduated from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, and has represented clients in litigated and transactional matters throughout much of the western United States before recently moving to California. Kent has broad experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation and transactional matters. Kent is licensed to practice in California and Utah, and is an inactive member of the Idaho, Montana and Wyoming State Bar associations.
As a trial lawyer, Kent is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-suit evaluation and assessment, litigation of claims, jury trials, and appeals in both federal and state trial and appellate courts. Whether representing a fortune 500 company, a rural county, a small business or an individual, Kent focuses on giving his clients personal service, sound advice and zealous advocacy. Kent successfully tried to verdict a wide variety of civil cases including cases of negligence, employment law, commercial matters and railroad litigation.
Away from the office, Kent enjoys being with his large family, cycling, flyfishing, skiing and spending time outdoors.
