Cameron J. Brown

Cameron J. Brown holds a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. While in law school, Mr. Brown was an Executive Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Brown was a clinic student with the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools Legal Counsel’s Office and the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office. In the summer prior to his second year of law school, Mr. Brown served as a judicial intern for Judge Barbara A. Kronlund of the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in a civil division courtroom. The next summer, Mr. Brown was a summer associate with a midsize California law firm that emphasizes civil litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brown worked for the Tax Credit Group of Marcus & Millichap in Seattle, Washington, a leading commercial brokerage group in the affordable housing industry. At the Tax Credit Group, Mr. Brown assisted the firm’s brokers in marketing and providing valuations for tax credit properties located throughout the United States. While living in Seattle, Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Mr. Brown’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, and also encompasses the areas of labor and employment, intellectual property, and civil litigation. Mr. Brown’s clients are engaged in a wide variety of industries in the small business landscape, and include manufacturers, retailers, restaurateurs, brewers, medical professionals, and franchisors and franchisees.
A native of the Sacramento area, Mr. Brown belongs to the California Lawyers Association, Placer County Bar Association, and Sacramento County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of California.
