Marc Guèdenet holds a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he received Witkin and CALI awards for excellence. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Guèdenet obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA, where he graduated with honors.
Mr. Guèdenet specializes in civil litigation including matters regarding real estate, commercial leases, partnership disputes, employment litigation and investment-related cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Prior to joining Jeppson & Griffin, LLP, Mr. Guèdenet was the Senior Associate at a law firm in the Bay Area, where he was responsible for handling the firm’s litigation matters and personally presented multiple proceedings, including a multi-day JAMS arbitration, successfully arguing in front of the California Court of Appeals and substantial roles in several trials. Mr. Guèdenet continues to handle all aspects of civil litigation.
Mr. Guèdenet belongs to the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Guèdenet has experience in state, federal, appellate and bankruptcy courts.
